Granary is an invoicing app for freelancers and very small businesses. You pay for it once and it runs entirely on your Mac.

I built it because my own business depended on a web service for invoices that cost me about $130 a year. That is money I would rather not spend, for a job my computer can do by itself.

It is in testing now. Leave your email address and I will let you know when it is out.

Invoices That Look Right

Pick a template, add your logo and your color, and Granary takes care of the layout. Each client has their own currency, and invoice numbers carry on from your last one. Every invoice is a proper PDF that you can email straight from the app, print, or export.

Your Data Stays on Your Mac

There is no account to create and no web service holding your clients and your income. Your invoices live on your computer.

At Home on the Mac

Find invoices with Spotlight and use them in Shortcuts. Granary is a real Mac app, not a website in a window.
